UPDATE ON O&A CLASSES FOR 2020/2021 Updated 10th July 2020
We have recently been informed that Union Chapel is not planning to re-open for any activities until September at the earliest. For this reason, due to the amount of planning and procedures required to ensure that the building is safe for all users, O&A classes will unfortunately not resume before January 2021.
The 2020/21 brochure is now ready. It will not be put on the O&A website until the end of July to allow tutors time to amend or adjust their course if they wish, taking into account that there will only be Spring and Summer terms in the coming academic year. The usual courses are on offer with TWO NEW or changed ones:
Modern Meditation, tutor Laura Bain (Fri. 1.30-2.30pm)
Local History, new tutor Chris Waters (Thurs. 10.30am-12.30pm), this year entitled ‘The Life and Times’.
Life Drawing: new tutor, John Fasnacht (Tues. 6.30pm - 8.30pm)
Discussions are taking place about the way forward and we will continue to monitor the situation and keep you informed as to what is happening via the O&A website.
Information about the current classes can be obtained from the tabs on this website, or from the printed brochure below.
