An introduction to T'ai Chi in the Cheng Man Ch'ing style.
Open to anyone who has at least one year’s recent experience of practising Cheng Man Ch’ing T’ai Chi.
Intermediate and Advanced
Open to anyone who has at least 2 years’ recent experience of practising Cheng Man Ch'ing T'ai Chi.
